Project Summary: Zhejiang Boda Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was founded on 23rd March 1994, and is dedicated to the production, processing and sales of automotive plastic sealing strips. Enterprise production place is located in Xianju County, Nanfeng Street Huangtanshu Industrial Zone (plant centre latitude and longitude: 120.71465 east, 28.84315 north), the factory covers an area of 6263.7m2, plant construction area of 16431m2, the main production equipment including extrusion line, injection moulding machine, punching machine, hydraulic pressure machine, hot plastic jointing machine, etc., the main products for the automotive plastic sealing strips (subdivided) The main products are automotive plastic sealing strips (subdivided into PVC and TPV materials), and the production capacity is 400,000 sets of automotive sealing strips per year with stable production and high load operation in recent years.

Sensitive points around the project are mainly Huangtanshu Village, Xinya Zhang Village and so on.

Third, the possible impact of the construction project on the environment

1、Water environmental impact

In the near future: the project's domestic wastewater (cafeteria pre-grease separation) by septic tanks and then outside the operation of agricultural fertiliser, not discharged; in the long term: domestic wastewater (cafeteria pre-grease separation) by septic tanks after the treatment of up to the standards of the pipeline, transported to the Xienju County Wastewater Treatment (Phase II) Project treatment, and ultimately discharged Yongan Creek, the effluent quality of the implementation of the "Taizhou City Urban Wastewater Treatment Plant Effluent Indicators and Standard Limit Values Table (for Trial Implementation)," the quasi-surface water Ⅳ standards identified. The project wastewater in the case of the above measures, the impact on the surrounding surface water environment is relatively small.

2、Atmospheric environmental impact

According to the prediction results, it can be seen that the ground-level concentrations of organised and unorganised emissions of xylene, ethyl acetate and non-methane hydrocarbons of the project are lower than the corresponding quality standards, and the contribution value is small, which has a small impact on the surrounding environment. The predicted results of project xylene, ethyl acetate, total non-methane hydrocarbons and other pollution factors at the plant boundary are all in line with the limits of monitoring concentration of unorganised emissions, and all have a small contribution to sensitive points. After calculation, there is no need to set air environment protection distance for the production workshop.

3、Acoustic environmental impact

According to Table 3-3 in Chapter 3, it can be seen that during the operation of the project, the daytime and nighttime acoustic environment quality of each side of the plant boundary and the surrounding sensitive points meets the Class 2 standard of Acoustic Environment Quality Standard (GB3096-2008), and it can be deduced that the noise emission of each side of the plant boundary is in line with the Class 2 standard limit of the "Standard for Environmental Noise Emission at the Plant Boundary of Industrial Enterprises" (GB12348-2008). It is recommended that the project further optimise the reasonable layout of equipment, which can make the project noise impact on the surrounding environment as small as possible.

4, solid waste impact

The solid waste of this project mainly consists of metal shavings, edges and corners, waste glue drums, waste emulsion, waste filter cotton, waste activated carbon and employees' living rubbish. After the collection of domestic rubbish, it will be transported by the sanitation department; metal scraps and edges will be sold to the material recycling company; waste glue drums, waste emulsion, waste filter cotton and waste activated carbon will be recycled and disposed of by qualified units. As long as the enterprise strictly implement the evaluation of the solid waste disposal measures, the solid waste generated by the project can be comprehensive utilisation or harmless treatment, will not bring "secondary pollution" to the environment around the project site, the solid waste generated by the project has no impact on the environment.

The time-weighted average permissible concentration of chemical substances and the emission rate can meet the calculated limit value. The oil smoke emission from the canteen can meet the requirements of "Standard for Oil Smoke Emission in Catering Industry (Trial)" (GB18483-2001).
