Founded in 1997, Zhejiang Boda Auto Parts Co., Ltd is located in Shenxianju - a tourist attraction with beautiful scenery. The company enjoys convenient transportation, adjacent to Hangzhou, Ningbo, Huangyan Airport and Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou Expressway.
The company has national patents for multiple composite automobile sealing strips. It obtained QS-9000 Quality System Registration certificate of authority British MOODY Company in April 2001 and obtained TS16949 Quality System Registration certificate of AQA Certification Company in 2006.
The company now has seven sealing strip production lines such as microwave vulcanization and plastifying extrusion and exclusively designed and developed window sealing strip four-corner pre-bending forming and whole window radian pre-bending equipment and so on.
As a professional company integrating design, development, production and sale of sealing strips of middle and top grade micro cars and light passenger cars and other family sedans, we not only have advanced production and detection equipment but also have numerous professional talents (full-time design and development personnel account for 20% of total staff). We specialize in design, development and production of multiple materials (plastic, rubber, sponge and stainless steel frameworks, steel belts, steel wires and so on) and composite automobile sealing strips with high difficulty.
The company developed a polymer new product - DPFC high-temperature resistant heat insulation cushion block by cooperation with Zhejiang University-Xianju Institute of Polymer Material Application in June 2003, so we established a subsidiary - Xianju Boda Special Rubber & Plastic Factory specialized in production of heat insulation cushion blocks.
The heat insulation cushion block is a thermoplastic multifunctional composite member manufactured by taking high-performance special engineering plastic as a substrate through a suspension method continuous fiber pre-impregnation process and can bear pressure at high temperature, and compression strength at 220℃ is 261MPa which is ten times the working pressure (24.5MPa) of a particle board press. The product has been massively put into production at present, and is well received by customers.
